Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize is one archery lesson for the winner, a parent or guardian over 21 years of age and up to two other people. Date to be arranged to suit all parties.
2. The prize includes transport which will be arrnaged or reimbursed by The Random House Group Ltd. Overnight accommodation is NOT included.
3. The winner will be the valid entry drawn at random from all the entries received by 30th June 2008. 10 runners up will each receive a copy of the paperback Ranger's Apprentice Book 3: The Icebound Land.
4. The winners will be notified by 14th July 2008.
5. The winners must be aged between 8 and 16 years of age.
6. The competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only (excluding members of the Random House Group Ltd or Priory Events Ltd).
7. Only one entry per household.
8. No cash alternative.
9. No purchase necessary.
10. The judges' decision is final.
11. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Random House Group Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any entries which are lost or damaged in the post.
13. The Random House Group Ltd and Priory Events Ltd have arranged this prize in good faith but do not accept any liability in relation to the prize.
14. Events may occur which render the awarding of this prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter, and the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize with or without notice.
15. The Random House Group Ltd will use your personal information only for the purposes of this competition. Your personal details will not be kept on file and they will not be passed onto third parties.
16. By entering this competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms & conditions of this competition.
